Some people come to counseling to address a small wound or major trauma, others to explore limiting beliefs, to get along better with a life partner, cultivate skills for managing anxiety, get to the root cause of depression, or parent with less stress.


We have all felt afraid, uncertain and conflicted. Being brave and embracing a growth mindset is all that is required for therapy.


Living Awareness refers to the Consciousness that is our original nature. It is only our ideas and beliefs about ourselves that keep us from this understanding. This original nature is free from suffering.
