Healing Traditions
Living Awareness offers Psychotherapy within a holistic and human context. We are a non-pathologizing community, focused on your inherent wholeness as the ultimate medicine. To support you in mind, heart and body, we both teach, guide and collaboratively explore wellness practices and healing arts from the world’s varied wisdom traditions.
Borrowing from ancient cultures and informed by evolutionary science, we are able to integrate and supplement your therapy sessions (when appropriate and agreed upon) with any of the following:
